Return Policy
We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us here at Bucketheads! However, we do know things happen and items need to be sent back sometimes. We will do everything we can to try to make things better if you are not completely satisfied with your order and help you find something you love!
We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please see our requirements and procedures below:
• Store Credits- Exchanges on non-final sale items that are within the 14-day period will be given a refund in the form of store credit. that will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Returns must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of being delivered to be eligible for a store credit.

Size Exchanges- Once your return is received in our Store, we will process and ship your size exchange for free! We ask that you notify the size exchange you would like and include it in the package when you send it back to us. **Please note: Your size is not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase sent to the email provided at checkout. -
Sale Items- All sale items are FINAL SALES. They are not eligible for refunds, store credits, or size exchanges. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to
additional shipping costs. -
Discounts- Orders or items that have a discount FINAL SALE and DO NOT qualify for a return of any kind. -
Jon Hart- Once the bag is stamped it can not be returned. Unless there is damage or mess up!
The Following Items DO NOT Qualify for a Return of Any Kind:

• Flash sale items
• Intimates (i.e. bralettes)
• Hair accessories
• Hats
Sending Back Returns
• Please email us and include, your order number along with your original invoice when you send your package back.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping of all returned items.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still
intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or any other stain. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box inside of another box or package without any damage to the shoe box. Do not ship back with a label on the outside of the shoe box.
• We HIGHLY recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. This will also allow you to know when your return has made it to us. We do not notify when returns are received in our warehouse.
Processing Time for Returns
• Please allow for 3-7 business days for processing once received in our Store.
